STEP 1
- Every applicant will receive feedback within 48 hours.
- All roles and applications are reviewed regularly, so be aware that roles may close prior to the date stated on the advert!
STEP 2
- Once your interview is confirmed, you will receive an email containing all of the details you need to help with your pre-interview research.
- If you are coming in for a microteach, your topic will be attached to your interview confirmation to ensure you have adequate time to prepare!
- If your interview is virtual, you will also be sent a calendar invite containing a Microsoft Teams link.
STEP 3
- We ask all candidates to come to their interviews in business attire.
- If you are joining us on site, you should come to reception where someone from the interview team will be their to collect you.
- Interviews should last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and there will be time at the end to answer any questions you have.
- As part of our commitment to keep children safe, it is our responsibility to make sure those who join us share the same commitment so at least one of the interviewing team will be trained in safer recruitment.
STEP 4
- We will give feedback to candidates within 5 days of interview and we aim to be as transparent as possible with our feedback so you can understand our decision process.
- In certain circumstances, you may be asked to have a virtual chat with another manager. This may be because they're unavailable on the day but it is nothing to worry about.
STEP 5
- If you are successful, your offer paperwork will be sent out the same day for you to review.
- Once you are happy, and we have received your signed offer letter and contract, the team will begin the onboarding process.
- You will be sent a number of forms to complete, instructions on how to complete your DBS and a request for any documentation we may need prior to your first day.
- The team will keep in touch throughout the onboarding period in case you have any questions and we will be there to welcome you on day one!
